Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original box.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you obtain a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is finalized.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the arrival, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange item will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
